London picture gallery - I have posted a few pix that relate to London as I’ve experienced it. I don’t have many shots of the sights of this city. Isn’t it always the way with one’s hometown. Most photos I’ve taken or scanned from mementos, some Laurie Mayer has taken and a couple I got from the internet. This photo post was prompted by the fact that I’m dropping by the BBC London studio in Marylebone High Street to chat with Robert Elms in his ‘Listed Londoner‘ series at 12 noon, Monday 18th May. I’m very glad to do this because I love this city so much and also, a lot of people think that I live in the US but it is here that I live now (I did live in LA for many years). Some of these pix need a bit of explanation and maybe I’ll be able to do a bit of that on the show.

When all’s said and done, I’ve got to keep it in mind that my new album is out this week on iTunes. The correct procedure is to promote promote promote. But the thing I want to do tonight is go through the many pictures of my trip. And reflect on some of the people that I met.

Fortunately, Chris Hawkins has posted the interview that I did for his show on BBC 6 Music a coupla weeks back. See link below. It was the first one of my recent radio blitz and was also my first time at the BBC some time. He’s a great guy and we had a jolly good time.
