Orbitmixer Tips: To get the best out of the mixer, please close all other computer applications. Once you have the mixer on screen, start by pressing the play button then try adding sounds to your mix rather than starting with all faders up and then removing sounds. If some sounds start to get lost in your mix, instead of pushing faders up, pull others down. This creates what is called good ‘gain structure'. There is a hidden "Auto-Pan" feature, by pressing the Shift or Control (CTRL) button on your keyboard whilst clicking the pan control, it will automatically alternate left to right. The Toggle button allows you to rotate through preset settings. When the mixer has been playing for long periods, it is possible some of the sounds may go out of synchronization, if this occurs press stop and play button once more. Please do not try to open more than one mixer at any time since this will use more computer memory and cause problems for the sound. Technical requirements: Apple or PC running at 500mhz or higher, 256MB of RAM or more. Mac users will require StuffIT software to extract from the compressed file. Users with slower computers experiencing glitching or other sound issues should try the lower quality mixers. Do you own a copy of Ableton Live or Apple's Garageband software?
